• Have never had a wen1win account previously closed due to a violation.

Wen1win employees, business partners, and their immediate family members are not permitted to register or use an account as an active player. Any attempt to do so will be treated as fraud.

3User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one account at wen1win. Owning or using multiple accounts — whether directly or through another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

• You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password.
• wen1win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• You must notify wen1win immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accounts are for personal use only — you may not transfer, sell, or lend your account to any other party.
• All information provided during registration must be updated if any changes occur.

The KYC verification process involves submitting a valid identity document such as a MyKad or passport. Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time by wen1win for security purposes.

4Deposits and Payments

Wen1win supports a variety of deposit methods popular among Malaysia users, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and other digital payment methods listed on the Deposit page.

• All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• wen1win does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, your financial service provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are non-refundable except under specific circumstances determined by wen1win.

5Fund Withdrawal

Wen1win is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests in under 30 minutes. Below are the withdrawal terms and procedures you need to understand:

• Completing KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Any unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements will cause your withdrawal to be held until those conditions are met.
• wen1win reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as a security measure.
• Withdrawals suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be put on hold pending the outcome of an investigation.

6Bonuses and Promotions

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, wen1win will use system logs to determine a fair outcome.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that manipulate gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings obtained through illegitimate means or exploitation of system bugs will not be paid out.
• wen1win reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a significant technical fault.

8User Conduct

Wen1win expects all users to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content through the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Impersonating a wen1win employee or another user.

9Privacy and Personal Data

• wen1win's maximum liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days prior to the claim.

11Account Closure

Wen1win reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a violation of these terms.

• Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the wen1win support team.
• Before account closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.
• Valid account balances will be returned to users within 5 business days after the closure process is complete.
• Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for balance refunds.
• Users who have self-excluded will not be permitted to reopen their account during the designated exclusion period.
